What is your MOQ and price?
Our MOQ is 50 pairs per color per size per design. Our FOB price is based on your design, material, size and quantity.

 

What is your OEM service procedures?
1. Free mock up and modify.
2. Making sample within 2-3 days. (Free sample for photo checking)
3. After all details are confirmed, we will start mass production.
4.Confirm the shipment details and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.

 

What's the shipping time?
Usually within 15-20 days. Up to your product style and quantity.

 

What is your payment term?
For small order, 100% as deposit. For order more than 5000USD, 30% as deposit, balance before shipment.

 

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?
You will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not to us. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties.

I didn't receive my order. Where is it?
Please allow some production time when you placed your order to us. Shipping will take longer in some cases because of customs or epidemic. The tracking number will be sent to you via sales once the order is shipped.

Can I amend my delivery address?
Please confirm your address before payment. If you have made a mistake with your address when payment done but before delivery, pls contact us to modify it asap. Please note if your order has already left our warehouse then we are unable to amend the shipping details. If your order can not be delivered due to the address being incomplete or being refused at the address we will contact you directly, this will not be until the item is returned to us.
